Greg brings 25+ years of entrepreneurship and technology leadership to Twilight. He bootstrapped Blue Sky Factory into a global email marketing platform—Inc. 5000 four years running—and led it through acquisition in 2011.

He co-founded Betamore, Baltimore's entrepreneurship campus, and has been an active investor and managing member of Baltimore Angels since 2011, backing dozens of early-stage companies.

In 2022, Greg became the primary caregiver for his mother. The experience exposed a system built for everyone except the families doing the caring—fragmented information, no continuity, impossible decisions. The tools to fix it didn't exist. So he's building them.

Justin brings 25+ years of healthcare technology leadership to Twilight. He's built and scaled data science teams globally, led technical architecture for multiple healthcare startups, and developed systems that turn complex claims data into actionable intelligence.

His career spans analytics leadership at Intermedix, CTO roles at Empiric Health and Litehouse Health, and deep expertise in healthcare interoperability standards including FHIR and HL7.

When Justin and his wife became caregivers for his father-in-law, he was stunned by how difficult it was to find good, complete information—despite his decades in healthcare technology. That experience drives his work at Twilight.
